Carton Quote Form Help
HELP: Request a Carton Quote from The John Henry Packaging Group

To Print the HELP page:
(Internet Explorer)
Right-click the Help page.
Select (click on) PRINT.
Under PRINT RANGE, select (click on) ALL.
Click OK.
Mandatory identifying information:
Company Name
Your Name
Your e-mail address:
You will receive a confirming E-mail showing all information in your request, and the unique Quote Number assigned to this transaction. General E-mail format: name@domain.com
Optional information -- For best processing results, fill in as much information as possible.
Job Description:
Enter a brief description of your job. Any number of lines may be entered; text wraps automatically.
Quote needed by:
Enter the date by which you need the quote.
Quantity:
Enter up to 5 quantities and price points. Use commas as needed. If you have additional quantities, enter them in Special Instructions at the bottom of the form.
Fold Size:
Enter Carton width, length, height and unit of measure. (Default=INCH)
Fold Style:
Select (click on) only one Fold option, or click OTHER and enter your own description. Clicking on a radio button clears any previously clicked button. (Default=STRAIGHT LINE / REVERSE TUCK / SEALED END)
Stock:
Select (click on) only one Board Type from the dropdown list. If your choice is not on the list, select OTHER and enter your own description in the box below the list. Clicking on a list entry clears any previously clicked entry. To view all selections on the list, click the arrow to the right of "(select one)."
Enter POINT SIZE as a numeric value.
Prep Work:
To indicate how prep work will be furnished to the JH Packaging Group, select (click on) only one Prep Work option. Clicking on a radio button clears any previously clicked button. (Default=DISK FURNISHED)
If you wish to upload your file:
Only ONE Prep file may be uploaded per Quote Request. If you have multiple Prep Work files, first create ONE zip file containing all files to be uploaded.
Click the UPLOAD FILE TO JH PACKAGING radio button.
Upload the file:
Press the BROWSE button.
Select your file from the dialog box.
Click the OPEN button.
NOTE: Larger files take longer to upload, especially at slow transmission speeds.
Die Line/Sample:
A die line drawing is necessary for us to provide an accurate quote. Select (click on) the method of sending the die line drawing to The JH Packaging Group. Your drawing may be faxed to the indicated telephone number, mailed to the indicated address, or uploaded via the Internet. (Default=FAXED)
If you wish to upload your file:
Only ONE Die Line/Sample file may be uploaded per Quote Request. If you have multiple Die Line and Sample files, first create ONE zip file containing all files to be uploaded.
Click the UPLOAD FILE TO JH PACKAGING radio button.
Upload the file:
Press the BROWSE button.
Select your file from the dialog box.
Click the OPEN button.

Proofs Required:
Indicate type and number of proofs you will require. If your choice is not on the list, select OTHER and enter your own description in the box to the right. If NUMBER OF PROOFS is left blank, zero is assumed. (Defaults: Proofs=NONE, Number of Proofs=ZERO)
Inks/Plates:
Enter relevant information. Check as many special printing boxes as needed.
Bar Codes:
If you require bar codes, select (click on) how your bar codes are to be furnished. If JH PACKAGING TO SUPPLY is selected, enter a numeric value in QUANTITY (the number of bar codes to be used). (Defaults: Bar Codes=NONE, Quantity=ZERO)
Shipping Destination:
Indicate FOB Lansing, MI or enter City, State and ZipCode. (Default=FOB LANSING, MI)
Special Instructions:
Enter any instructions or comments, additional Price Points, etc. Any number of lines may be entered; text wraps automatically.
Reset:
If you wish to start over (prior to submitting the page), press the RESET button to clear all fields and restore default values.
Submit Form:
Press the SUBMIT button to transmit the request.
